HEUKSOE is a premium hanwoo dining room in the middle of Busan's Seomyeon — the only place in the area where you can have black hanwoo and 1+ grade hanwoo on the same grill, on the same evening. Our black hanwoo program sources under-24-month calves, raised on a clean-feed program by farmers we work with directly, and supplied to the White House and to five-star and Michelin restaurants. By shortening the supply chain, we keep the price reasonable for what's on the plate. A quiet kitchen, careful butchery, a tidy eight-side banchan — built to hold a date, a family dinner, or a long evening with a glass.

How do I make a reservation?
We recommend reserving in advance via Catchtable — tap 'Reserve' anywhere on the site to be taken straight to our Catchtable page. Same-day reservations are by phone only (0507-1474-1391), for both the Main Hall (2–4) and the Annex private rooms (5–12).
What are your hours and when's last order?
Mon–Fri 3:00 PM through 1:00 AM the next morning. Saturday 1:00 PM through 2:00 AM. Sunday 1:00 PM through 1:00 AM. Last order is midnight (00:00). Tuesday around 6:00 PM tends to be the busiest hour.
What's the difference between black hanwoo and hanwoo?
Our black hanwoo program sources under-24-month calves hand-picked by farmers, raised on a clean-feed program — the same grade supplied to the White House, five-star hotels, and Michelin restaurants. It has a softer grain and deeper savory than standard hanwoo. Our hanwoo is 1+ grade or higher. The Combo Platter is built so you can taste both side by side.
What should I order on my first visit?
Start with the Heuksoe Combo Platter (500g, ₩49,000) — the weekly #1, designed so you can taste headline cuts of both black hanwoo and hanwoo side by side. For two people, the platter + 100g of Black Hanwoo Galbi-sal + a cast-iron Kimchi Fried Rice is the most reliable order.
Do you take groups? Is there a private room?
Yes — the Annex runs private rooms from 5 to 12 guests, suitable for group dinners, business meetings, birthdays, and anniversaries. Advance booking is strongly recommended. Same-day group bookings are by phone only.
Is takeout or delivery available?
Heuksoe Seomyeon is dine-in only. We don't offer takeout or delivery service — please come in person.
Is there parking?
We don't run our own parking. Please use one of the paid parking lots nearby — or, much easier, take Subway Lines 1 & 2 to Seomyeon Station, Exit 2, and walk about 2 minutes (94m).
What's the average spend per person?
About ₩20,000 – ₩30,000 per person; the most common per-table check sits in the ₩60,000s. The bill scales with the cuts and the course you build.
